Dear community, A quick heads-up; I'll be leaving the Nexa team. It's been a tough decision, but I've considered it through what would be the best for the project. As you know, I've been giving my all in terms of time, knowledge and even money to Nexa, but it's time to leave the duties to someone else. Obviously, this decision has been made and is fully influenced by a handful of things over time. It is in the project's best interest that I move on. I am confident the team will find a great replacement for me. I of course will still be holding and advocating Nexa, but now from a personal and private perspective. I am absolutely sure the team will bring nexa to where it belongs, but I will continue that journey as a community member alongside all of you. I'll be doing the handover of things in the next weeks to both Paul and Endo for whatever is needed and slowly tune-out. That said, I want to thank you Paul for the chance you've given me back in January, and that you all community members for the time you've spent with me in this amazing journey, it's been an absolute blessing.

We will attempt to complete these steps by 22nd Dec 2023 23:59 UTC 1️⃣ Extract remaining balance in premium pools. 2️⃣ Airdrop 1M INSUR tokens to affected stakers. 3️⃣ Extract the rest of the required capital from stakers in the underwriting pools. 4️⃣ Make the claim payout to the claimant for the Exactly Claim. 🤝 We understand the importance of balancing the interests of both our underwriters and claimants in a fair and transparent manner. ✅ As such, the result of this proposal will reduce underwriters' loss and make the claimant whole. 🚀 We will continue to improve and listen to your feedback, as we have done so since the very beginning.
